Cem Cetin is a Head Chef born in Istanbul. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, and 5 years of experience in Project and Personnel training. Kadir Has University has two separate certificates in Food and Beverage Management, and Basic Culinary Education and Molecular Cuisine experience. Apart from that, he has many certificates in food and beverage. He was also one of the founders of a molecular ice-cream initiative called PööLabs. In addition to his work experience as a head chef, he continues to provide consultancy services to many hotels and restaurants.
